"A shambles"

As both an in and out patient over recent weeks in the new hospital .. I am at the least speechless at the worst extremely worried for peoples safety . I was an in patient for kidney surgery which was not successful however it was the aftercare that worried me most . I was visited by doctors asking me if I could remember what my tempreture was several days ago as he ' knew I had a fever' but no one had written it down .. Another one was looking at the wrong scan and telling me the complete opposite to what was actually wrong with me .. And wasn't concerned at all when I pointed this fact out ....... As an out paitient I had blood taken by a nurse with a heavy cold with no gloves on making two attempts with the same needle ...there was blood and bloody tissues all over the cubicle floor .. When I questioned this .. I was told ' yeah it's ok we r waiting for the cleaners .. This nurse asked my companion who also had no gloves on ( obviously ) to open the canular yo put in my arm ... ... All this while while coughing and sneezing everywhere ... A tragedy will happen at this hospital .. It's just a matter of time .....
