"Gastro doctor barely spoke to me"

I was seen as a patient in the gastroenterology department at Brentwood. I saw the resident doctor and am appalled at the level of care I received. I was in the room all of two minutes, in which time he spoke into his Dictaphone and decided to provide me with a treatment plan, after barely even talking to me. I understand pressure to get patients in and out is high these days, however it should not affect patient care. The nurse was as shocked as I was. I am totally disgusted at the way I was treated.
