"Friendly and caring reception."

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

My adult daughter was recently transferred to Frimley park from St Mary's Hospital in Paddington.

She had been extremely ill and we really appreciated the fact that Ward G5 was expecting her. She was greeted by smiling and friendly nurses who went out of their way to accommodate the unusual requirements of a newly delivered mother expressing milk for her baby. A meal was instantly found for her.

At no point did anybody seem to consider accommodating her baby visiting daily as a problem. She was on two different wards and always given a room on her own where her baby could be with her and her husband or myself could help look after him.

The kindness we were shown meant everything. Thank you.

Also thanks to the food orderlies who returned with extras once they realised my daughter was breastfeeding and not really getting enough to eat.
