"Very helpful receptionist."

My daughter had twisted her knee at school and I took her to the health centre without an appointment.

There was quite a long que to the reception, so I was expecting that they wouldn't be able to fit us in. But I was pleasantly suprised when, even though there were no appointment slots available, the receptionist noticed that there was a chance that the practice nurse could see my daughter if I agreed. I said okay and they told us to wait in reception and they would see what they could do. After a five or so minutes, the receptionist told us that they hadn't forgot about us and was still trying to ring the nurse. About another few minutes had passed and they told us to wait out side of the nurses room.

We only had to wait another ten minutes before being seen by the nurse.

Overall, I was very happy with how we were treated and I would recommend this doctors to anyone.
