Response from City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust

Thank you for your feedback.

We will share the points you have raised with the relevant teams who continue to look at how we can improve this temporary arrangement. We do appreciate that the temporary Emergency Department entrance is not in the most ideal location however I'm sure you will understand the difficulties we have faced in building a new department around a very busy service.

If you would like to discuss this further with the directorate manager for Emergency Care, please contact the Help and Advice Service (helpandadviceservice@chsft.nhs.uk) who will arrange this for you.
