I have been to this centre several times to access their podiatry services.
The podiatrist has been very friendly and helpful but the reception staff have generally not been.
As an example I recently received an appointment date through the post which I couldn't attend and so needed to cancel.
I tried to ring the centre on several occasions over the course of week following receipt of the appointment date to cancel and on each occasion the phone rang and rang without answer.
I eventually managed to get through (again almost giving up before it was eventually answered) the morning before my appointment date and apologised for the lateness of the cancellation but explained that I had tried the previous week with no success.
Instead of an apology that I'd been unable to get through and/or a thank you for keeping trying I was told that the receptionists had been in all week and had been answering calls, with the insinuation being that I was therefore a liar.
Incredibly rude.
