"Still Awaiting Gallbladder Operation"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Had a pre-op for gallbladder operation in October 2014 (after a consultation in August). Chased several times for a date for the operation and each time the person I speak to says they will chase it up - but I am still waiting. Feel as if I have been forgotten about.
