What I liked

I had cause to visit this hospital about 5 am this morning (2.11.12) - the two female receptionist were lovely and caring --- the treage nurse was extremely helpful, considerate and caring.

I was seen by a doctor who was wonderful - - he explained everything which helped tremendously and put mecompletely at ease -

I was in and out within 40 minutes - fantastic service.

I cannot fault the hospital or the four members of staff I spoke to - they are a credit to the hospital and NHS ... It was wonderful service - cannot recommend it highly enough - thankyou to all four of you - well done.

What could be improved

Nothing - everything - including staff - was exceptional
