About: Trafford General Hospital

What I liked

This is the very best hospital I have been in.Everything about trafford general is superb.I have had several operations there and I am a long term outpatient with the doctor and his team, superb.my grand-daughter was born 10 weeks early by emergency section weighing at 2lb 8 ounces her care in their special care baby unit was second to none.after coming home just over two months she collapsed at home was rushed back to trafford the team in a and e saved her life and she was put back into special care, she was not thought to last the night, but with the care from all who looked after her she pulled through.many of my family have been long term patients there, from legs in traction for weeks to my then sixteen year old daughter who was diagnosed by one of the doctors as having a very rare illness guillain-barre syndrome, she was a patient for weeks.everything about the care and attention at trafford is excepional.I for one have a great deal to thank trafford general for.most of my six children have been born there and my grandchildren but not my great grand cildren because they closed down our delivery unit.

What could be improved

The only improvement as far as I am concered is to keep it as is,getting rid of our hospital bit by bit should not be allowed.
