What could be improved

The receptionist is extremely abrupt ..interrupted and 'spoke over' me whilst enquiring about my child's impending vaccinations ...did not appear interested in reason for my call was dismissive and overall impression was they did not appreciate my call.

I will now await health visitor to attend my home address to enquire as I was trying to explain I am disabled and cannot 'get to clinic on Thursday' furthermore I have a daughter undergoing chemo-drug therapy which has depleted her immune system. This would prevent us attending any place people may gather in ill health .....appalled by the receptionist's manner and question your training procedures and welcome feedback regarding their implementation.
