What I liked
My son was admitted for an operation today. The professionalism of all the NHS staff was superb. They all made my son feel very relaxed prior to the op and the service after was equally as good. It was the best visit to a hospital that I had ever had!
What could be improved
The day ended with me feeling like I had been mugged when I was charged £15 at the multi storey car park for staying 20 minutes over 6 hours! Under 6 hours was £5. This charge and the huge leap in cost after 6 hours is nothing short of criminal and left a very bad taste in the mouth. How can they treat people in a vulnerable situation like this?
