What I liked
The surgeon seemed to be professional and have a drive and seemed thorough
What could be improved
My 5 yr old terminally ill son had a date set for a gastro tube to be fitted. First it was the 23rd then the 20th Dec. All the family from around the UK made travel and hotel arrangements to visit during his 4-day stay. 2 days before his op they phoned to cancel stating they could not get an anaethesist on a sunday!!!!!!! surely this should have all been inplace BEFORE they gave us a date. The chaos this has caused is unbeleivable. Most importantly though my son has to struggle on trying to swallow. If the sugeon or anaethesist was ill or a family crisis then I would accept that but not to be given a date then have it taken away. It's not right.
Anything else?
it would be unprintable
