What could be improved

I am finding it impossible to make simple appointment. the phone number on the letter is either engaged or not answered. I have been trying for 4 hours today and 3 hours last week still no success.

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately our appointment lines have been very busy in the icy conditions, as many patients have been ringing to say they can't get to their appointments. The number on your letter is the best one to ring as you will get straight through to the booking office, but if it is urgent you can try our switchboard on 023 8077 7222 or speak to our Patient Advice and Liaison team on 023 8079 8498.
