Today I had a MRI scan, I was due to have one last month using the mobile unit, I found that i was claustrophobic and couldn't go through with it.

Today the staff were amazing and very patient with me, they never rushed me.

They talked me through everything that was happening, and during the scan before each section they stopped and asked if i needed a break.

Please make sure they get the thanks they deserve.

I am truly grateful for their care, it has allowed me to hopefully start me on the road to recovery.

Our staff are very busy and often rushing about, but I am glad that they still found time to treat you as an individual and a human being, and were able to get the scans that you needed.

I have passed on your kind comments to the staff involved. They are always grateful to receive words such as these.

It’s comforting to me personally that they are doing a good job, and caring for our patients in the way they should.
