We're sorry to hear that you had problems getting through to us and we're sorry it has taken some time for us to respond to you. Unfortunately we did have some issues with our switchboard equipment earlier in the year; the experience you describe, where calls appear to go through but were not actually answered, sounds like you may have encountered this technical issue. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and have now made changes to our equipment to fix these problems.
