"a fantastic caring hospital"

I had spinal surgery recently and was amazed at the wonderful treatment I received. From being booked in to then being in the operating theatre. All the staff were kind, had sense of humour, and very understanding. I then stayed on ward 43 and every one of those staff from regardless the colour of their uniform/tabard, to Drs and surgeons were wonderful, kind, and nothing was too much. I also was very fortunate to meet three lovely patients sharing my ward, which along with the fantastic treatment I had already received was the icing on the cake and made my stay more comfortable.

I have read bad reviews about this hospital and to be honest, I would honestly think you were talking about somewhere else as I couldn't fault this hospital.
