I have been attending appointments at Mr Panesar's orthodontic department with my son since July 2011 and we have always been treated with respect and courtesy and greeted in a warm and friendly way by all the medical and support staff.

It has been a pleasure getting to know so many different people over the time - everyone efficient, and well qualified. We have most often been seen on time and when the department has been busy and we've been seen late, we have always received an apology.

Janet has been a delight throughout, offering friendly continuity throughout a number of changes in medical staff. She is always very accommodating in respect of agreeing mutually convenient appointment times and efficient with the issuing of appointment letters and other paperwork.

I would like therefore to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of the team for their part in my son's care, including the engineering team that creates the appliances in a timely and accurate way.

The work you have all done to give him a wonderful permanent smile is absolutely fantastic. We know that this work would have cost thousands of pounds, which we could not have afforded. This is a prime example of how wonderful our NHS is and we cannot thank you enough.
