This is to say a big thank you to a member of staff of clients complaint and feedback section at John Radcliffe Hospital for their speedy way of resolving an emergency issue which I have been pursing for weeks.

If all staff were as efficient, hardworking and proactive like this, I believe there will be more good stories for the NHS.
