"I experienced nothing but professionalism."

I attended day case surgery on 9th December 2015. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first operation I must say that I couldn't of received any Better care or treatment if I had paid private. I experienced nothing but professionalism From the reception staff to the nurses,junior and senior Anaesthetists and of course the surgeon. I was particularly impressed at the staff in the anaesthetic prep room who chatted and distracted me from the reality of what was happening.
