Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly and it took no time at all to be added onto the system as a new patient. Seen straight away by the triage nurse and then virtually straight through to the nurse practitioner.

Thorough examination, x-rays, diagnosis, splinting of injury and detailed continuing advice given; all in just over an hour.

At no time did I feel rushed, everything just flowed naturally.

All staff were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring throughout. They all introduced themselves with their names which was a really nice personal touch.

If I had a minor injury again I would without a doubt travel past both Southampton or Bournemouth Hospital and go straight to Lymington.
