About: Springfield Hospital

I was referred to springfield by the NHS for further investigation into a medical problem. I've found staff have been very friendly and excellent.

The nurse who has been dealing with me is caring, friendly and really put me at ease. I'm really impressed with the care they give their patients and the consultant was like this also. Although busy they still have smiles on their faces and nothing is 'too much trouble'. There has been a little bit of a wait for my appointments but due to the staffs attitude I haven't minded and have not felt rushed when it's my turn .

Overall a fantastic service at this hospital. .well done!

I am pleased that you have found our team to be friendly and that they have put you at ease as this is one of our key aims at the hospital.

I'm sorry that you found there was a wait for appointments and we do try and ensure that all clinics run to time where possible, thank you for your kind words about how the staff's attitude has made this wait better, I shall ensure that this is fed back to the team.
