"Out patients dept 3 different times"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

Since moving here in July I have had a mamogram which was done very efficiently ,friendly and not having to wait around in fact I think I was done & out by the time my appointment was for! also I've had a scan & found the same,now unfortunately after breaking my foot I am being seen by one of the doctors for the last 9weeks and I can only praise them , they have also recently dealt with my mother inlaw &were excellent with her too,the cleanliness is a very high standard as I've been in two different hospitals over the years (Milton Keynes)in bucks was dirty years ago& recently visiting inlaw in the Conquest ,Hastings was dirty too!! I am so pleased that moving to this area I have been appointed to use such a very good hospital,you certainly can't tell by the staff attitude that they are under so much pressure& I have witnessed in the last few months just how much abuse they have to deal with from impatient people in A&E dept(these nurses &doctors are worth their weight in gold) we all need them at some point in our lives so should treat them with utmost respect it's not their fault because of waiting times it's the way it is!!!!!! So a big thank you to all.
