"Felt. Uncomfortable at reception area for A&E..."

Apart from the fact that the hospital was very busy, didnt get on a ward for 24 hours, every thing else went well.The staff. In all departments were polite and very helpful, from the consultants to the porters. Every thing was explianed to me by the consultants and the nurses.

I have been in hospital many times and even the QE, but my stay on Ward 8 was the most pleasant I have experienced. (Not that I wish to return). But my thanks to staff for making my stay as pleasant as possible .

A&E reception needs to be changed, no privacy at all , quite daunting standing telling staff what's wrong with you, then giving you name and address to them with other members of the public listening in. (Could be anyone) or am I over cautious?.
