"8 month old head injury waiting see a doctor 4..."

We arrived to A & E on our own car to Walsall manor ,my son 8 month old fell over from baby walker,head injury, and with me was my husband and my another son 7 year old,nurse check us in the around 30 to 40 minutes,then we was send to a doctor, after check,the nurse was happy with observation,,no sides effects after accident, but because of under 1 year old,she said ,that we have to see a doctor,,and from this moment we was waiting ages around 4,5 hours, it was hard enough for us adults,now just imagine 8 months old and 7 years old, my son who is 7 ,,was so bored and tired,it's good job my husband went out and get for everyone something to eat, really,really lack of orginization ,,,I don't know what is system in there,but it's clearly do not working,,,it's not A& E it's a torcher ,,, but on bright side the staff,the doctors are amazing,,even blood was boiling in my head,,the staff at least listen, but unfortunately they can not help,,they make look like they are ,bless,,but after another hour,u get it ,it's just sweet talking to calm down the situation,,,,
