About: Medway Maritime Hospital

14.00 hours arrived sent to medoc a&e empty medoc full to brim

17.00 see medoc referred back to a&e

2 hours to be reassessed as paperwork had been sent back to medoc

Sent to 2nd waiting room to wait eventually after 5 and a half hours get to see doctor none of original urine tests on file re pee

Eventually a decision antibiotics needed painkillers pharmacy shut you will have to come back tomorrow well after 11 and a half hours and daughter sick and in pain are you that cruel

You are pushed around hospital they lose your information this was not acceptable in fact it was a disgrace I really think a lick of paint so called improvement ! Could be invested in structuring the a&e better if you need any help give me a ring no empathy no structure no organisation not a service not improved tat all in fact the worse I've ever seen it and I will be taking it further
