"fertility clinic"

About: Homerton University Hospital

i had my ivf treatment last year at

Homerton.

firstly fertility reception is useless! they never call back when they promise the will! I've called nurses 3 times yesterday, left voicemail as requested, no response! spoke to reception, they didn't have my details for next ivf round , guy promised to call me back- of course he didn't!!

I'm paying now for my ivf and they still cant be bothered to call me back and make an appointment!

secondly, reception and nurses didn't want to give blood results over the phone and told us to wait for our next review appointment which was in 3 months!!! there was some bacteria detected in my husbands blood and they didn't want to tell us, we requested the results to be sent to our gp and they didnt send it so our gp couldn't help either- it was agonising wait to find out what is wrong with my husband. when we finally had our appointment with consultant they were very apologetic and told us they will investigate- of course we never heard back!

lastly, i just found out that i wasn't offered my 3 IUI cycles which apparently I'm entitled to????! i haven't had my tubes checked either! i had only scans and have been told i have PCOS , wasn't given any advise or diet to help me get better chance of getting pregnant. ,i didn't have X-ray to check if i have endometriosis either! Unbelieveable! it just shows how they care for patients .

very disappointed

A.
