"Just Thank you"

I visited the EPU due to some spotting. I was told I had to wait a week and get another one in a week. I was given all the information necessary and was treated with patience and care. Unfortunately at my second us I had bad news. I was given all the information and everything was explained very well and simply enough that we could make a decision then and there. I went back to the early pregnancy unit 2 days after having opted for the surgery. I was treated with respect and care all through out the procedure. The staff ar both the EPU and the theatre were responsible and didn't loose their smile and good humour. I am nothing but thankfully for the treatment I got. The treatment was personalised and I never felt like I was Just another patient. Even my husband got offered a cup of tea!! Make sure you don't loose the wonderful staff you have. Even though I was going through a sad situation I left the hospital feeling happy and at peace having had the best possible treatment. Thank you so much for everything.
