"Very disappointed"

About: James Paget University Hospital

I was referred here with various chronic pain and muscle weakness, first off was advised to take gabapentin then come back if it didn't improve. It didn't so eventually I saw the consultant again. Had an MRI done which came back OK (only one area though) and was then promptly told they wouldn't be helping me anymore. So now I am left in severe pain and no further forward in working out why. The consultant is incredibly rude and dismissive, it appeared to me the consultant didn't believe I was in pain and saw me more as an inconvenience. It seems that their answer to everything is to take tablets and go away.
