I can not express my gratitude enough to the staff of ward 8 from the consultants to the domestics everyone is highly professional. Nothing was to much trouble for the first time in a long time of being ill I actually felt like a genuine patient and not just another body in bed. The care I received was outstanding by far one of the best hospitals in the area

Every member of staff works hard to put patients first and we are so pleased when their behaviour and care translates to patients in exactly the way you described.

Many staff will read your feedback as they start their week today, and it will surely be a lift for them to hear how their care made you feel.

Your views are very important to us.

If you would like to become a part of our patient-led team working with the Trust to improve all its services, we would love for you to participate in our new Family and Patient Advisory Council.

It's first meeting is 26 January (7-9pm) and subsequent gatherings will be approximately every other month.
