Am grateful about the medical treatment

I get from Lymington hospital.Thank you.

Went for a scan this week, passed a few doors where I could see staff sitting in front of computers and chatting together .

Was told to make a follow up appointment at the main desk .After waiting for the two members of staff to end their flippant conversation , I was given a form (two spelling mistakes...) with phone number to call ,but not before friday.

Rang it this friday,was told I was not calling the right place....was given another number but it was added that it was no use ringing today as nobody answers on friday !...
