"Urgent care,Children unit -unlean below standards"

Dear Hospital Management,

I went yesterady with my 3 year old child to the urgent care.

The receptionst was friendly ,however didn't say anything about waiting time and the assesment process.I was directed to the waiting area for Children.I couldn't belive how unclean that place was.Toys were in horrible stage ,looked like there were never washed.The floor had few centimiters of dust laying about.

After 3 hours wait we were seen by a assesment nurse,who was rushing about so I couldn't even say all the symptoms.Once we got to the doctor,she was friendly and proffesional,howver I could cleary see that there is not enough staff members.

Please can you do something to improve the cleanliness of the hospital and improve the assesment proces
