"Orthopaedics - Efficient and Helpful"

I attended Orthopaedic Outpatients yesterday for treatment to a fractured wrist.

Staff were efficient and helpful.

Despite being busy, I was seen on time.

The Consultant and Nurse were polite, helpful and informative.

They involved me in the decisions about my future care.

The NHS as it should be - and usually is.

Sadly, it is the exceptions that make the headlines.

My only mild complaint - the car park was rather chaotic.
