My mum came in as a day case to ward 32 to have a pacemaker implanted and the whole experience was made as pleasant as possible. The staff were lovely, all very professional and caring, my mum was extremely anxious and they soon helped her to relax. Witnessed the 6 C's in practice - a big thank you : )
