About: Royal United Hospital

at the care I received and cheery atmosphere...Even when they were obliged to have me wait in a corridor (with four other trolleys/patients), I had already seen a doctor and they needed the space for another A&E patient; I never at any time felt neglected or alone. The patient and staff interface was really exceptional and I would say way above expectations in such a busy environment, and it was busy. Thank you
