"I had a PEG Procedure on Jan 21st 2016"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

I was in Ward 8A and I am disabled with MND and cannot talk much now but I was looked after with kindness, caring, and love as all the staff were so good with me. 2 Student Nurses wanted to watch my 'op' so they came and asked and I said yes, they were very kind and one was working on my ward the following morning and came and talked to me, that was nice to find out how it went as I was sedated so didn't know about it until I woke up in recovery. I am feeling relieved that I had it done and would not hesitate to recommend the stay in hospital to anyone who needed the same or similar procedure done. X
