"Any Room For Improvement? I don't think so."

My friend received treatment here which i arranged. My friend isn't a full time resident of the UK so he had to be treated as a self paying patient. His treatment involved surgery and aftercare.

Treatment went very well. However, aftercare was terribly mismanaged. Very appalling after care. For someone who probably paid a bit more than necessary for private treatment, I would say I'm absolutely disgusted that he would have to ring non-stop for about 3 days just to have a repeat prescription. However, the height of this shambolic service is that nobody ever bothers to ring you back after you've rung in and left messages.

Customer Service? Absolutely pathetic.

Would I ever recommend this hospital to anyone in the future? Absolutely not. I completely regret ever thinking of this hospital in the first place. The administration element of this hospital reeks of incompetence, mismanagement and full of people with the very wrong attitudes to providing healthcare services.
