"Kettering Accident & Emergency positive experience"

I have been to Kettering A&E a couple of times over the years and my experience has previously ranged from just okay to exceedingly poor or worse! But on Friday evening I had an excellent experience, having had an accident at home I had a gash in my head which required attention;

From arriving at the reception, I was met by a friendly member of staff who took my details before passing me on for a quick verbal assessment of my injury. I was then sent to the fracture clinic where I was looked after by a lovely Nurse, who after checking that I was not suffering from dizzy spells, vomiting and other Head injury worries cleaned the wound and advised that stitches would be the best solution. So a few stitches later and i was ready to go.

All in all I was in and out in half an hour and the process was smooth and I felt like I was in capable hands at every step of the way. So having been critical in the past I feel it's only fair to commend Kettering A&E on an excellent service
