From A&E arrival to the caring hands of the surgical team and then on to Ward 34 I experienced marvellous professionalism and treatment. I would love to be able to name people for their loveliness... particularly 2 nurse onward 34 who I felt safe and confident in the hands of..My heart felt thanks.
To "the bosses" my husband and I were in A&E for approx. 12hours whilst a bed could be found. I am sure that this must add more stress to your staff and raise it as a concern for their well-being ... my husband did recover from a numb bum, bless.
