"The worst dept for waiting times"

About: Croydon University Hospital

Appointments are never kept-every appt I have ever had has been changed. Got 3 different opinions from 3 different doctors! Wait times appalling. Waited 4 hours last year and 3.5 hours today. No apologies ever just -this is a busy clinic-you never see the same person twice so they don't know you. There is a definite language barrier too.

The ophthalmology services at Croydon University Hospital are not provided by Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, but by staff employed by Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Trust. We will pass on your comments to them.
