I had a laproscopic procedure in December. I was not given any aftercare advice on leaving the hospital. I wasn't even told that the stitches were dissolvable. I was told I needed a 4 week follow up appointment. That was 2nd Dec, my follow up is 11th Feb.That was only after me chasing it up several times.
In the meantime I have a post op infection at the wound site. I'm on 2nd week of antibiotics from GP.
