(as a relative),

Would like to place on record the exemplary home care being received from District Nurse Nadiri.

Nurse Nidiri is cheerful, friendy & very efficient in giving the very best of care to my wife who is bed bound &suffers from many challenging problems.

My wife would be lost without Nurse Nadiri's willingness to always go that "extra mile" in looking after her.
