What I liked

i would not know having had my operation cancelled three times

What could be improved

dont ask people to come for an operation with seven days notice the cancel on the eve of the operation

Anything else?

people waiting for minor operations like my put off making plans eg : having kids , booking holidays moving house . please stop canceling operations if you carn't do them just be honest and we'll go else where

We rarely cancel operations three times. However, regrettably the hospital has been extremely busy with emergency admissions. We regret that because of this we have been forced to cancel a number of operations and treatments and apologise to all patients affected. We understand that this is distressing and we are doing all we can to try to keep patients informed about the pressures we are experiencing. We will do our very best to reschedule these operations and treatments as a priority. We always aim to give you another date within 28 days of your cancellation.
