Accompanied my daughter to a doctor's appointment, she was very anxious about going. He arrived 10 mins late. He did not apologise. He was allegedly more interested in her insurance claim arrangements and why she was going to Leeds instead of huddersfield.
She was there no longer than 5 mins of a 60 min appointment. Came out very anxious and tearful. I was told someone would ring me (with my daughters consent) but no one has. Not even attempted to contact my daughter.. It's appalling.
