(as the patient),

I visited Dr. Patrrera on two separate occasions recently and was thoroughly satisfied with the attention I got. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was seen after my initial GPs appointment in Troom and found going to the surgery less stressful than a hospital visit. I was given all the relevant information I needed.
