"Hearing aid clinic, Chorley Hospital"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

(as the patient),

I attended the clinic in the first week of January so of course it was busy and I had quite a wait, not a problem. The young man I saw was extremely helpful, he sorted out my three problems in less than 5 minutes, was courteous, friendly and efficient. My hearing aid fits better than it has done since I first got it in 2010.

I'm sorry I don't know his name but I wanted to say thank you to him.
