What I liked

Everything. My 5mth old daughter Madison was blue lighted into childrens A&E the sunday before xmas. The nurse never left our side. My baby had severe breathing difficulties and despite everything being urgent, doctors and nurses still took the time to keep me informed of everything. We were then moved to PHDU where again, the nurses and doctors where extremely friendly and informative. Always taking the time to explain why certain things were neccessary. We finally finished up on Drayson ward which again, didnt let the nhs down.

What could be improved

had to wait a while for beds to become available, but thats due to us being there on a day which proved to be one of the busiest.
