(as the patient),

Letters received today from CAMHS Irvine 18. 01. 2016 - that were actually typed 08. 12. 2015? ? ? ? A month and 10 days to be posted? ? Really! ! ? ? . Poor administration - not the fault of Royal Mail as mail date is January 2016, probably left lying about someone's desk. When I call to change both my appointment to any other day that week, as I am unable to attend on that specific date - my next app is AUGUST - 5 months later.............pathetic - its a nurse led clinic!
