(as the patient),

I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff who took care of me during my stay in The Bostonian. Quite different when you're the one being looked after rather than the one providing care. All staff were compassionate, considerate & very sympathetic-thank you very much.

As a Trust we endeavour to ensure all our staff display the types of values to which you refer; it is nice when someone takes the time to acknowledge that team members are doing just that.
