"Cannot get a hold of anyone at Cleckheaton Health Centre"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I am very disappointed with the appointment system, as I cannot seem to get a hold of them. I tried calling, but no one picks up. I am then told that I will be called within 3 working days, but that never happens. In the past, they used to be very efficient in getting back to me. How can I get in contact with someone at the health centre who can actually help me?
