"Very upset and it's made me ill"

Really annoyed I have a cataract in one eye, but it's effecting both eyes I have to shut one eye to see and I can't see my drawing. And the eye hospital have lost my referral for a operation and insist I got to see the eye doctor again and they will decide if it's a priority to do. I'm 49 and drawing and reading cheers me up. I'm really upset with them and will have strong words Wednesday !!!! They aren't accepting they screwed up despite the cataract people ringing me last April. I'm worried now the doctor won't operate and how long ? I got depression and this is the one thing that was cheering me up drawing, I'm the one who knows its got worse. And a eye doctor said get my GP to refer and that's why I had the call, they now have no record of !!
